Two

Today my blog is celebrating it's second trip around the calendar. It makes complete sense I started blogging on February 3rd, the day after Ground Hog day, in what ended up being the longest, grayest winter of my entire life. And, what started out as simply a therapeutic outlet for winter depression has turned into my little spot, where I can continue to whine about winter, share my photography, inspirations and some of the random thoughts that clutter my head. I'm not really sure who all reads this thing (aside from my mom and those who leave a comment occasionally) but thanks to my trusty sitemeter, I know you're out there! Indexed

I just discovered a new blog via Time.com's annual index of the Top 25 blogs. I just barely skimmed the article but this particular blog caught my eye. The article described it as follows: "It reduces...life to small Venn Diagrams and bar graphs that graphically and (often hilariously) highlight life's profundities and absurdities." If you're like me, when you look at some of these graphs/diagrams you'll be nodding your head while thinking..."that's so true!" Here is a small sampling. If you want more, check it out here.

Blog Doggie?

Recently Jared (my loving husband) has begun referring to me as a "blog doggie." I'm not quite sure how to take this. While it doesn't sound like a compliment, it does sound like a real combination of words that could be used to aptly describe someone who enjoys blogging. Hmmm, maybe Jared has started something and before you know it, "blog doggie" will be common internet slang. Just remember, you heard it here first.
